Service Non-Delivery: If the purchased premium service (e.g., Featured Listing, Priority Placement) was not activated within the promised time frame.
Technical Failures: Platform errors preventing access to purchased services.
Change of mind after purchase
Delays due to incomplete user submissions (e.g., invalid job descriptions)
Services fully consumed (e.g., job posting already live)
Submit a refund request within 7 days of transaction at support@talentgrid.co.in.
Include full payment proof and order details.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days upon approval.
TalentGrid reserves the right to assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
